1. CONSULTATION
The more we learn now, the faster and more effective our search can be. We will ask about, your project, the technical skills and seniority required. More than that though, we will also seek to understand the culture, the project environment and ins-and-outs of the business.
2. SOURCING
Our goal is to find more than just a technical match, we find candidates that can immediately integrate with the team and make a positive difference from day one. Should additional reach be required, our team will look to our specialty recruitment partners, global network. specialist tech job boards and social media channels, even building full microsites that really showcase your organisation.
3. SCREENING
Client preferences drive the screening process which can be simple or in-depth. Optionally, we can run highly structured screening interviews with promising candidates or ask and record answers to any competency based questions.
4. SIFTING
The team will critically review the candidate long-list against the client role parameters. Unsuitable candidates are removed and our team will sensitively communicate back to them.
5. PRESENTATION
A presentation pack documenting the short-list candidates is created. This will, of course, include the CV, but will incorporate notes and observations from screening interviews and the results of competency questions.
6. INTERVIEWS
We manage the administration of the interview process. Undertaking a detailed technical interview if required. We can host or partially host the interviews, making introductions and presenting a candidate summary.
7. FOLLOW-UP
Our team will follow up with the candidate after the interview to gather feedback and manage any supplementary questions. On decision, our team will manage the feedback and any offer process.
8. EMPLOYMENT AND ON-BOARDING SUPPORT
We support both customer and candidate during on-boarding and probation process. We support the candidate through any notice periods to ensure a smooth transition and mitigate any counter-offer messaging.
